KARACHI: Police and law enforcement agencies conducted a joint operation in metropolis’ Ittehad Town where three terrorists bel
onging to Tehreek-e-Taliban Pa
kistan (TTP) were killed on Tuesday morning during a police encounter.
According to the Police sources, two of the three terrorists killed were suicide bomb
ers.
Explosives, suicide jackets, ball bearings, and weapons were recovered from the possession of the terror
ists, the sources added.

The sources claimed that the terrorists
had planned to carry out an attack in Karachi on the same level as the deadliest attack in Mastung.
The process to identify the terrorists as part of the further investigation are underway, the sources reported.
More operations will be conducted to arrest accomplices of the terrorists.
